Head - Finance (Business Finance - Group Operations and Technology)

Responsibilities

• Develop accounting procedures and implement them in consultation with the CFO, GM Performance Management and Head of Group Operation & Technology.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practice sound financial controls and discipline.
• Work with auditors during half‑yearly and annual reviews.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger accounts under Group Operations and Technology cost centres.
• Perform budgeting and forecast reviews; compile bank‑wide IT & Operations budgets (Opex and Capex), including HLISB and overseas operations.
• Review and track all IT & Operations Opex to ensure expenditures are spent within budget.
• Assist with projections of quarterly forecasts and full‑year budgets for GOT Division Capex and Opex & QSBM reporting.
• Actively participate and contribute ideas to financial matters for all IT & SOP (Cost Savings) projects.
