Overview
The Head Golf Professional serves as the leader of all golf operations at Idlewild Country Club and is a key member of the Club’s senior leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager.
This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests through leadership of daily golf operations, tournament administration, merchandising, instruction, member engagement, and staff development. The Head Golf Professional will oversee all aspects of the Golf Department including Golf Shop operations, outside services, caddie program coordination, tournament programming, and golf instruction.
The ideal candidate is highly visible, energetic, service-minded, organized, and passionate about building relationships with members while leading a welcoming and polished golf operation.
