- Maintain and organize the reception area to reflect Le Majlis standards
- Manage phone lines and respond to booking inquiries
- Track daily covers, no-shows, and generate reservation reports
- Upsell retail pastries, special promotions, and events
- Collaborate with management on service improvements and guest feedback
- Maintain Seven Rooms database accuracy and cleanliness

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a hostess, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
