Key Responsibilities 1. BRE Strategy & Enterprise Implementation Define and drive the enterprise-wide vision and strategy for the Business Rule Engine across the credit lifecycle. Provide leadership for the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of BRE frameworks across multiple loan products (CV, Car, Tractor, CE, MSME, LAP, etc.). Establish scalable, modular, and future-ready rule engine architectures aligned with organizational growth and digital transformation goals. Ensure translation of credit policies, risk appetite, and business objectives into robust and maintainable rule frameworks. 2. Policy Translation, Governance & Automation Oversee the translation of credit risk policies into standardized, automated decisioning frameworks within the BRE. Ensure alignment of BRE rules with credit principles, property valuation norms, regulatory requirements, and legal due diligence standards.
