Head of Advisory & Capital Markets at Antal International

We are seeking on behalf of our client a highly experienced and strategic leader to join their team as the Head of Advisory & Capital Markets. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing investment banking strategies, advising clients on financial transactions, and managing capital market activities within Ghana. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record of successful advisory and capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Advisory Services : Lead the advisory team in providing strategic financial advice to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and other corporate finance transactions.

Capital Markets: Oversee capital market activities, including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt issuances, and secondary market transactions.
