THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead the end to end digital transformation of AIA Vietnam’s Agency Distribution, driving digital strategy, advisor productivity platforms, and AI powered sales enablement to accelerate Agency growth, quality, and professionalism.

Spearhead the development, enhancement, and governance of the Agency Digital Ecosystem, including recruitment engines, onboarding and training platforms, digital sales tools (IPODS, IJOB, AIAONE [ALPA]), performance dashboards, AI driven lead gen, and customer int...
