We are looking for an AI Content Lead to build and lead our production engine from zero. You will own the full creative pipeline: turning agentic AI systems into consistent, high‑retention content.
This is a foundational role — you’ll shape the creative direction, work with the tech team to influence the tech stack, and lead the first wave of content that will fuel both YouTube growth and future distribution platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize a production workflow (script → visual generation → consistency → audio/dubbing with Dubme Flow → distribution).
Produce and iterate on 5–10 high‑quality microdramas per month in the first phase.
