You will drive AI across the entire organisation and across the full spectrum of use cases, including AI workflows that supercharge individuals, review work, automate processes, connect systems, or take on entirely new tasks altogether.

These use‑cases will be deployed across both money‑making functions (brand, growth, e‑commerce, key accounts, market entry) and supporting/enabling functions (finance, supply chain, people, ops).

• A ranked, org-wide AI opportunity portfolio ; top use cases scored on ROI, that leadership trusts as the roadmap.
• A living document, AI‑capability audit that maps opportunities for AI augmentation or replacement at the role‑task‑level.
