Role Overview

The Head of Asset Management will lead the strategic and operational asset management function for Centurion Accommodation REIT’s portfolio across Asia Pacific and other key markets. The incumbent will be responsible for driving portfolio performance, enhancing asset value, and delivering sustainable income growth and operational optimisation across the REIT’s accommodation assets.

Working closely with the CEO and senior management team, the role will oversee asset performance, leasing strategies, asset enhancement initiatives, portfolio optimisation, and stakeholder management to maximise long-term value creation for unitholders.

Candidates with investment, transaction, REIT or capital management exposure will have an added advantage.
