Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities：
Define and drive China regulatory strategy for UCB’s candidates and assets, ensuring alignment with global development plans and clear communication of strategic options, risks, and opportunities.Act as UCB’s China regulatory subject matter expert, maintaining current knowledge of the regulatory environment, shaping policy where possible, and representing UCB in external forums and with key health authority stakeholders.Lead, develop, and resource a high-performing China regulatory organization that fosters psychological safety, constructive debate, collaboration, and continuous development.
