Job Description
The Head of Cigars is responsible for ensuring a smooth running of service in the Cigar Lounge and focusing on delivering maximum members and guests satisfaction while taking care that the Club's highest standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.
What You Will Do- Curate and manage the Club's cigar programme, ensuring the cigar list is always up to date with accurate vintages, descriptions and pricing.
- Take ownership of humidor management, maintaining optimal storage conditions, stock levels, inventory accuracy and product quality at all times.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, sourcing premium and exclusive cigars that enhance the member experience.
- Provide expert cigar, wine and spirit pairing recommendations, creating memorable and personalized experiences for members and guests.
