About the role
Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking a new Head of Client Services to lead the Client Services teams through a pivotal season of growth and transformation as CAP delivers its newly refreshed Debt Help Service. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring strategic leadership, sector expertise and a passion for impact, to a refreshed and future‑focused CAP.
Reporting directly to the Services Director, you will oversee all aspects of Client Services operations, providing guidance and leadership, managing a team of four. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional services with excellence, innovation and partnership.
You’ll bring a deep passion for CAP’s kaupapa and vision of helping people build financial resilience.
