We are looking for a** Head of Consumer Product and UX! **This is a strategic role that fully owns our consumer-facing hardware and software product and UX. It is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the VP of Product and Data.
**Job responsibilities**
- Own our smart alarm system offering across markets including deciding on hardware components to include, vendors, and key strategies such as buy vs build in house.
- Make our mobile app world class by enabling advanced automations and top customer care, including through LLM-powered chatbot.
- Develop and execute a product strategy driven by qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 designers and 3 product managers/owners.
