Head of Credit Risk

Identify, measure, assess, monitor and control the credit risks of the bank in accordance with the banks risk appetite. Lead the team to perform effective management of credit risk, work as second line of defense independent of front line, and guide front line for balancing the risk taking and achieving business target.

Support senior management in credit risk related decision making and strategy setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the banks credit risk management framework and implementation thereof.
• Review and enhance credit risk management policies to cope with new strategic planning, business development, regulatory requirement changes, external and internal auditor requirements. Furthermore, establish a testing methodology to check if these policies are being implemented by frontline, due diligence officers and back office.
