Moladin Finance is expanding its Property-Backed Financing product line, serving SME and individual borrowers using real-estate collateral.
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Credit Underwriting to lead and scale the underwriting function, ensuring robust credit quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across origination, credit assessment, and approval workflows.
You will oversee a team of credit analysts and credit committee members, working closely with Risk, Appraisal, and Credit Operations to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround decisions that balance growth and portfolio health.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end credit underwriting process for property-secured SME and individual loans.
