Fota Island Resort is currently recruiting for a dynamic and innovative Head of Culinary to lead our culinary teams across the resort. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality service, be innovative, motivating and energetic for this hands-on role.
This is a senior management position working closely with the Group General Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all kitchen departments across the resort, to deliver an excellent guest experience.
