Head of Customer Base Management

We are looking for a Head of Customer Base Management (B2B) to join us at Telia.

My name is Anne Hedberg, Head of Business Management, and I'm looking for someone who wants to grow together with us. We are a supportive and forward-looking team focused on creating customer value through insight-driven lifecycle management, stronger customer relationships, and sustainable business growth.

What you’ll do:

As Head of Customer Base Management, you'll lead how Telia develops customer relationships across the entire B2B lifecycle – from onboarding and engagement to retention, growth, and win-back. You'll lead a highly skilled team and work closely with Product Management, Commercial Management, Marketing & GTM, Sales, and Data & Analytics to turn customer insight into business impact.
