Purpose Of The Role:



  • You will lead & coach our customer-facing colleagues, heading up our customer relationships across multiple brands & retailers.

  • Deliver excellent relationships with clients, clear communication to the field & delivery of KPIs.

  • Drive profitable growth of existing business & the development of new opportunities, specifically across Retail clients and brands.

  • Delivering the overall strategy for retail clients, with clear objectives on what the team will set out to achieve & how this will be delivered will be key to the success of this role.

  • You will lead the Dee Set accounts team to ensure we are representing the Company as the UK's leading provider of end-to-end retail solutions.
