Job Description
WORLDORF Ventures LLC. in Dubai is seeking a Customer Support Lead to establish our support function from the ground up. You'll define and implement standards for user interactions and scale operations post-launch.
As a candidate, you must have proven leadership experience in customer support, preferably in a tech or fintech environment, and be comfortable with AI tools. Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential, and familiarity with Spanish or Portuguese is a plus for our launch in LATAM.
