Head of Data Management

Position Overview

The Head of Data Management is responsible for the delivery of data platform, data quality management, and data governance in support of MediCard’s data-driven culture and decision-making. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in building data reporting capability across the organization using one source of truth.

Work Set-up

Hybrid Set-up (4-5 days onsite per week)

Responsibilities

• Leads team in testing data loads, data pipelines, and changes to database schema and common data models.
• Leads team in issue resolution for data escalations in use of data warehouse / platform
• Develops and implements comprehensive Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures business requirements and capabilities for data are supported and leads the architectural strategies and implementation.
