1. Enterprise Data Product Leadership

  • Own the enterprise view of Data Products — ensuring consistency in:Standards, governance, and qualityLifecycle management (definition → build → adoption → retirement)
  • Ensure Data Products meet defined characteristics (e.g. trusted, consumable, governed, valuable)
  • Drive adoption and value realisation across business domains
  • Align Data Product strategy to enterprise priorities and outcomes
