Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international main contractor, urgently seeking a Dutch-speaking Head of Design Management to oversee their design teams on infrastructure and civil engineering projects in the Netherlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carrying out the strategic and operational leadership of all design activities within the Infrastructure Division

  • Ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and innovative design culture aligned with client requirements, legal and contractual frameworks, and internal quality and safety standards

  • Delivering safe, sustainable, and cost-efficient designs for complex infrastructure projects
