Job Description
We are looking for a Design Head to establish a creative vision for the company's product design and branding. Your primary responsibility would be to manage the design process from conception to delivery, ensuring that the designs reflect the company's focus on sustainability, local sourcing and seasonality. As part of this role, you would manage the design team.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Experience: 10-15+ years in crushing and screening design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work and proven leadership experience. Strategic Mindset: Ability to align design efforts with business objectives, user experience (UX/UI) principles, and market trends.
