Head of Digital Engagement

Stewardship Commons (stewardshipcommons.com) is our crowdsourced content and community hub. We’re looking for someone to expand and scale it, as a founder would. As Head of Digital Engagement, you’ll lead the platform’s growth, treating it like your own startup within our organisation. You’ll identify opportunities, move fast, test ideas, build sponsorship and funding streams, and grow a mission-aligned ecosystem.

If you’ve had success in a product, a platform, a community, or a venture and you’re driven by both mission and commercial impact, this role is for you.

• Own and Grow the Platform
  • Own the product vision and growth roadmap for Stewardship Commons. Set the direction, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute.
  • Identify white spaces, test new ideas fast, and double down on what works. Build-measure-learn in practice, not just in theory.
  • Define and track the metrics that matter — growth, engagement, revenue...
