The role

The successful candidate will lead a small but high-performing team, with a mandate to expand capability, increase visibility across the firm, and drive revenue growth through both internal collaboration and external business development.

The responsibilities

Lead and manage the Employment Taxes team, setting strategy, driving performance and developing team members

Grow the team to a size more aligned with the firm's broader scale and client base

Drive cross-selling of employment tax services to audit, corporate tax and wider advisory clients

Build a strong external profile and develop the team into a market-facing function that generates its own work

Provide high-quality technical advice on all aspects of employment tax, including PAYE, benefits, employment status and compliance
