Your tasks
We are seeking an experienced Head of Production Engineering to leads all production engineering services and acts as a senior engineering leader within Poland. The role combines technical authority, people leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that production engineering capabilities support both current operational excellence and future business needs. The position involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).

Key tasks:
Partner closely with R&D to embed Design for Excellence (DfX) principles into new product designs.
Lead the industrialisation and transfer of new products into volume production.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance yield, quality, cost and robustness of existing products.
Ensure availability, reliability and safety of all production equipment and automation systems.
