Job Description

One of London's most interesting FinTech companies is looking for a Head of Engineering to join their well-established team who are tackling a really interesting niche.

As the Head of Engineering, you will be taking the reins of a functioning team which is split between the UK and India. Some key points to consider:

  • You'll need to be comfortable working with remote teams

  • Tech on-site is mainly JavaScript but Python knowledge would be a bonus

  • FinTech experience isn't essential

  • Drive, Teach, Engage, Deliver.. a few things to live by

    • The successful Head of Engineering will qualify for an annual bonus of 20% plus the salary of up to £100,000.
