Head of Engineering & Project Delivery (Power Generation)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight from project inception through execution, ensuring technical solutions align with commercial goals.

• Lead the technical engagement of Owner’s Engineers and consultants; review and approve all technical deliverables to ensure quality and contractual compliance.

• Develop and refine engineering procedures and best-practice frameworks for consistent project technical governance.

• Research and integrate emerging technologies into the portfolio, performing risk and feasibility analyses for new energy solutions.

• Design and maintain a versatile Employer’s Requirements template adaptable to various contracting structures.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Project, Mechanical, and I&C Engineers, ensuring cohesive coordination across all technical disciplines.
