Head of Enterprise App Support & Reliability

AECO is seeking an experienced Manager, Application Support to lead the strategy and performance of application support services in Bogotá, Colombia. You will ensure the stability and availability of business-critical applications, driving operational excellence and service delivery maturity.

This role requires leading a high-performing team, defining application support strategy, and managing incident resolution processes, all while collaborating closely with stakeholders across IT and the business.
