Role Purpose

The Head of End User Computing (EUC) is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, governance, and continuous improvement of End User Computing services across the organisation and its client base. The role ensures the delivery of world-class desktop support, field services, call centre operations, logistics, project delivery, and related ICT support services.

The incumbent is accountable for ensuring that end-users and clients have access to reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that enable business productivity and operational excellence. The role drives service delivery performance, financial sustainability, client satisfaction, operational efficiencies, innovation, and compliance with industry best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
