Job Description
Sapiens UK is hiring a Head of Field Marketing - a senior go‑to‑market leader accountable for driving pipeline growth, accelerating deals, and enabling regional revenue performance through integrated field marketing programs. Based in the United Kingdom, this role owns the Field Marketing strategy and execution for EMEA as the primary region, while also supporting select international (Rest of World) markets as required. In this context, Rest of World (ROW) refers predominantly to EMEA, with selective coverage of other international markets outside North America where Sapiens operates. The role acts as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leadership, translating global strategy into regional impact and ensuring marketing investments directly support pipeline, revenue, and market expansion goals.
