Designation: Head of Finance & Accounts

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Experience: 5 years experience if Chartered Accountant(preferred) or 10 - 15 years of Finance Experience.

Compensation: ₹12–16 LPA

Role Overview

EarthON Foundation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented finance leader to oversee accounting, statutory compliance, grant management, donor reporting, financial planning, and strategic finance functions across the organization‘s operations and entities in India, the United States, the Netherlands, and Singapore.

We strongly prefer Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or candidate should possess at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, grants, or compliance roles .
