Head of Finance and Accounting – Malaysia Business will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the overall financial strategy, governance, and administration of B.Grimm Power Sdn Bhd. The role requires a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in fundraising for infrastructure projects, corporate governance, and capital market readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization.
• Lead and manage the finance/accounting team; track and evaluate daily operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual processes, payables/receivables, cash receipts, budgeting, cash forecasting, check runs, and fixed asset activities.
• Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning to support business needs and growth.
• Ensure timely payroll and PIT tax payments.
