The Head of Finance provides senior leadership over the company’s finance function, ensuring high standards of financial governance, integrity, and performance management. The role is accountable for accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, effective cash and capital management, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Finance partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer and senior stakeholders to support strategic planning, evaluate business and investment decisions, and provide clear financial insights to enable informed decision‑making at management and Board levels. The role plays a critical part in strengthening financial discipline, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the Company’s long‑term financial sustainability.
