Job Description

The Head of Global Medical Publications is tasked with leading and mentoring a team of publications managers, ensuring their professional development and effective project execution. The Head is responsible for the coordination and standardisation of operational activities of systems, processes, policies, and frameworks that support the planning, execution, and governance of scientific and medical publications activities across the Therapeutic Areas. The Head collaborates with Global Medical Affairs and Clinical Development (MACD), regional partners and other relevant departments to execute and integrate publications operational needs and activities, and ensures adequate resourcing aligned to identified priorities. The Head remains updated on relevant regulations and industry standards related to publications, ensuring compliance in all activities.
