Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 14 years of experience in networking technologies across the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model.
• 10 years of experience in leading teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven track record in securing colocation, dark fiber, and high‑capacity network services to drive regional infrastructure growth.
• Understanding of edge and global carrier networks to optimize Google Global Infrastructure (GGI's) connectivity footprint.
• Ability to derive strategic clarity and build consensus across ambiguous regulatory, technical, and business landscapes.
• Excellent quantitative and presentation skills used to influence stakeholders and lead data‑driven acquisition strategies.
