Overall technical and commercial responsibility for grid connection infrastructure, including substations, cable routes, and connection concepts
Leadership, coaching, and development of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 25 engineers and specialists
Steering complex grid and electrical infrastructure projects across planning, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operation
Acting as the primary interface toward TSOs, DSOs, authorities, and external engineering and EPC partners
Ensuring compliance with all relevant technical standards, safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks
Driving the definition and continuous improvement of standards, processes, and technical concepts for grid infrastructure
Supporting grid‑supportive and system‑stabilising operation of renewable assets, including hybrid and multi‑technology sites
