Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Growth to own our entire marketing engine across both companies. This is not a coordinator role. You will be the person making real decisions, running real budgets, and driving real results. What You'll Own
Planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google to generate qualified leads and appointments
Building and optimizing sales funnels end to end
Developing and executing content strategies across platforms
Identifying growth opportunities and acting on them fast
Collaborating directly with founders on key business decisions
