Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and data‑driven Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue performance across digital channels for our international education business. The ideal candidate brings nearly a decade of hands‑on experience managing full‑funnel marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email automation, and organic growth channels for B2C businesses.

This role requires ownership of growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion performance while leading cross‑functional teams and scaling international student acquisition campaigns.
