Head of HR â IHDS Operations

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and execution focused HR leader for the role of Head of HR IHDS Operations. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the people and workforce agenda for our International Health Delivery Services (IHDS). The role reports directly to the HR Officer for IH. You will be responsible for ensuring strong HR service delivery operational efficiency and compliance across all IHDS Operations geographies.

Responsibilities

1. HR Leadership for IHDS Operations
2. Provide end-to-end HR leadership for IHDS Operations across India Africa and Malaysia.
3. Partner closely with IHDS Ops business leaders to align people strategy with operational goals.
4. Drive consistency in HR practices and policies that support IHDS Operations across geographies.
5. People Management & Country HR Oversight
6. Lead and coach the country HR managers supporting IHDS Operations in India Africa and Malaysia.
