We’re Hiring: Head of HR – Mayfair Group Mayfair Group is looking for a strong, experienced Head of HR to lead and professionalise the HR function across a 300-person, multi-site motor industry business based in Johannesburg. This is a senior leadership role suited to a proven HR professional who can operate in a hands-on, high-performance, blue-collar environment. We are looking for someone with real depth across HR, IR, recruitment, payroll oversight, compliance, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and BBBEE.
