Head of HR Strategy and Total Reward

Purpose of the Role

Shaping, direct, develop and monitor HR strategic planning and comprehensive total rewards strategy, including examines organization’s business plans, considering the projected growth, to determine future staffing, hierarchical and remuneration needs in aligning and supporting business strategies. Implementing and driving changes processes, achieving buy-in and active support across the organization and shareholders.

Accountabilities:

1. Establish, implement, and communicate the corporate KPI including the strategic roadmap and initiatives development, to achieve aspiration and objectives.
2. Develop and lead the Company’s comprehensive strategy of total rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment and across multi-disciplines.
