Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Shaping, direct, develop and monitor HR strategic planning and comprehensive total rewards strategy, including examines organization’s business plans, considering the projected growth, to determine future staffing, hierarchical and remuneration needs in aligning and supporting business strategies. Implementing and driving changes processes, achieving buy-in and active support across the organization and shareholders.
Accountabilities:
- Establish, implement, and communicate the corporate KPI including the strategic roadmap and initiatives development, to achieve aspiration and objectives.
