Job Description
- Work closely with the senior leadership and corporate leaders to cultivate a strong safety culture
- Develop internal policies and processes for occupational health & safety and environment
- Actively monitor and occupational health & safety and environment KPIs within Indonesia and develop early preventive measures
- Provide Health, Safety & Environment leadership & direction to all sites in Indonesia
- Serve as the corporate health & safety subject matter expert with clients, regulators, and staff working on projects or designing proposals
- Manage Health, Safety & Environment resources and departmental budgets
- Develop and implement corporate security and Health, Safety & Environment emergency response training and testing programs across Indonesia. Ensure that personnel are adequately trained and equipped in emergency response plan procedures
