Head of IAM & Access Management — Secure, Automated Ops

SwiftCruit is looking for a senior leader in Identity & Access Management to oversee operations and ensure service health across the organization. This role involves leading a team responsible for the execution of IAM processes and collaborating across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of IAM experience and strong leadership skills, as well as a proven ability to drive automation and improvements in IAM operations, and manage third-party partnerships effectively. A degree level education and qualifications like CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
