Your mission:
In this role, you will oversee IT initiatives across multiple business functions, including Service, Customer Care and Operations. You will ensure the successful execution of transformation projects, aligning IT solutions with business goals.

Act as the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), collaborating with functional process owners to develop IT roadmaps for Service, Customer Care, and other business functions;
