Head of IT Studies and Development Section | Casablanca (Morocco)

As the Head of IT Studies and Development Section, you will report to the Head of the Information Systems Department and will be responsible for the following tasks:


- Lead and manage IT integration projects: manage stakeholders, manage deadlines, manage relations with service providers, manage project communications, etc.
- Implement IT transformation projects following best practices and current standards.
- Ensure that the information system provides effective, efficient, and economical support to the objectives of the Groupe Smeia entities.
- Study opportunities and the technological feasibility of solutions.
- Ensure the development and realization of applications (prototypes and modules).
- Provide evolutionary and corrective maintenance.
- Design and develop the technical documentation required by the project management methodology in force: specifications, design documents, user guides, etc.
