Reporting to the Retail Performance Director, the Head of Learning will shape and execute the MEA learning strategy across stores, corporate teams, support functions and will drive the market’s retail learning agenda, ensuring all client‑facing teams have the skills, knowledge and confidence to achieve commercial success while delivering the world‑class service synonymous with Tiffany amp Co.
