Job Description

We are recruiting for a real estate investment firm looking to scale up their portfolio especially in the retail sector. 

Reporting to the MD, you will be directing the leasing strategies, tenant mix, and commercial performance for their retail portfolios. You will be managing leasing P&Ls, oversee pre-leasing and renewals, and lead negotiations with regional and international brands to optimize occupancy and rental revenue. 

Responsibilities
Leasing Strategy & Portfolio Planning:Develop annual leasing business plans, budgets, and KPIs (occupancy rates, rental revenue projections). Formulate and optimize tenant mix strategies aligned with market positioning and catchment demographics. 

Tenant Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify, prospect, and lead commercial negotiationsas well as maintaininga robust network of contacts with international retail brands, master licensees, and franchisors.
