Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all library facilities and infrastructure
- Formulate and develop annual work plans
- Manage human resources and financial budgets
- Oversee technical services library development and administrative operations
- Implement PERPUSNAS standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Library Science
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in library management
- Strong understanding of the National Library of Indonesia regulations guidelines and policies
