Job Description
Job Purpose:
Smooth running of the entire Manufacturing plant by ensuring 100% compliance, and the safety of people, products, and equipment by ensuring all the laid down policies and procedures to meet the targets. Ensure meeting customer dispatch with high Quality and on-time delivery.
Principal Accountabilities:
Manufacturing Strategy:
Plan, organize and manage all the aspects of manufacturing to ensure meet the ON-TIME DELIVERY of Quality products within stipulated costs of products.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate with all other functions to meet the scheduled targets on time.
Implement and maintain standard operation procedures and policies to bring standardization of all the processes, which will help in manufacturing quality products within standard takt time.
Ensure all the skilled manpower available in the lines and add new people by using your networks which will help in manufacturing and delivery of products on time,
